Warehouse Material HandlerPGS Worldwide is seeking a warehouse material handler in for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and tracking materials within a plant, yard, or work site. The role involves shipping and receiving activities, material handling equipment, and assisting machine operators with material movement.Required SkillsPrior warehouse experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and recording informationAbility to safely handle and move materials using appropriate equipmentWhat You'll DoLoad, unload, and convey materials within or near the plant, yard, or work sitePerform tasks related to shipping and receivingOpen containers using hand tools and count, weigh, and sample materialsLoad and unload materials from pallets, trays, multi-level racks, conveyors, machines, and trucksMove materials using wheelbarrows, hand trucks, forklifts, electric dollies, elevators, or other equipmentStack or assemble materials as neededAssist machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or using power hoistsUse computer systems to track, log, verify, and record material informationWork Schedule / Shift1st shiftMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM40 hours per weekMilitary veterans and transitioning military members are encouraged to apply to all PGS Worldwide positions.
