Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for employees, patients, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site protocols; Document observations, incidents, and activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or public emergency responders as appropriate
