Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and other security-related support functions for daily operations.; Support staff and visitors during medical emergencies, facility alerts, and/or other urgent events by following post orders and communicating with supervisors and site contacts.
