This full‑time role is ideally based in the Florida Panhandle, with a preference for candidates located in the Santa Rosa area. While one to five years of litigation or collections experience is preferred, highly motivated new graduates with a strong interest in community association law are encouraged to apply. Candidates with an existing book of business or established client relationships are strongly encouraged, as this role offers meaningful opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Represent community association clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions Draft and revise governing documents such as Declarations, CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, election rules, and Architectural Standards Conduct legal research and analysis related to governing documents, statutes, and compliance issues Advise boards and managers on legal strategy, risk assessment, and potential outcomes Assist with governing document amendments and enforcement of covenants and restrictions Attend and help run board and annual meetings, advising on meeting procedures and addressing controversies Resolve neighborhood disputes and provide practical guidance to clients Stay current on changes in community association laws and industry trends Proactively educate clients through updates, presentations, and advisory efforts Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on case strategy and client solutions Qualifications & Skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to a state bar association Litigation, collections, or community association experience preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency with legal research tools and legal software Interested in hearing more?
