A motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Specialist to join our Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB. The Network Specialist's primary function is to support the United States Air Forces 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Researching and developing solutions to issues that arise as part of daily operations. Assisting with developing new solutions to keep the network evolving and forward looking. Provide Tier 2 and 3 supports for network testing and operations. Managing network local test environment including, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, CUCM, and VOIP phones. Creating documentation and diagrams for all projects as well as changes made to the network. Working in a Hyper-V environment to help maintain servers related to network management. Working with datacenter network technology including Nexus switches and v. PC. Maintaining and developing changes involving firewalls, routers, switches, TACL...Network, Specialist, Operations, Technical Support, DoD, Manufacturing, Technology
