Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by site.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor screening processes, and/or assist with directions and general assistance.; Support staff during disruptive situations, help manage orderly movement in high-traffic areas, and communicate with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.
