Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to post guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related issues.; Communicate with hospital personnel, visitors, and/or first responders as needed to relay information, assist with routine inquiries, and support orderly operations during changing conditions.
