Job Title: Food Runner / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café and Cocktails - Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our front-of-house team as Food Runners. This role is essential in delivering a fast, friendly, and seamless dining experience for our guests. You will act as the bridge between the kitchen and guests, ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure all plates are presented correctly and meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, expo line, and dining room
• Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist with running drinks, condiments, and other guest needs as required
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
