Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor directions, access control practices, and other security-related duties based on location needs; Report hazards, disturbances, and policy concerns, while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific protocols
