A company is looking for an IT Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies and facilitate project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and ensure the team focuses on delivering sprint goalsCoach teams in Agile methodologies and promote Agile principles within the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environmentProficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project trackingKnowledge of compliance principles such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR is a plus
