1: Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. 2: Integrates planning, programming, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review functions associated with support services. 3: Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and other expert personnel at federal agencies, higher headquarters (HQ USAF, AF MAJCOMs, and FOAs) installation organizations, host nation agencies, other military services, and private organizations to ensure effective identification, evaluation, and to provide a unique solution to complex engineering project management issues. 4: Prepares required correspondence and documentation and maintains continuous liaison with peers, functionals, and management at Command, Center and Air Staff as required. Promotes interchange of information on requirements 5: Provides resource management support. Advocates for funds in support of assigned projects/programs.
