Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entry points, amenity areas, and other assigned locations, assisting with visitor management, resident assistance, and/or policy awareness in support of community expectations; Communicate with property management, residents, and/or local responders when needed regarding incidents, disturbances, and other security-related matters at the location
