This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software/liliNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate/liliSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors/liliReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process/liliMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives/liliManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets/li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities:/pulliManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews/liliProvide priority response to potential customers/liliParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates/li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliValid drivers license/liliHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelors degree preferred/liliAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience/liliAt least 3 years of industry experience/liliIICRC certification a preferred/li/ulpSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:/pulliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year/ppPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential./ppAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
