Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components, PCB boards, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.; Perform soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC/J-STD workmanship guidelines.; Use multimeters, continuity testers, and other basic test equipment to verify functionality and troubleshoot assemblies.; Crimp, strip, route, and terminate wires, connectors, and cables as required for each build.; Inspect completed assemblies for defects, correct alignment, proper solder joints, and compliance with quality specifications.
