Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Tech to support various production and prototype projects in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
The successful candidate will utilize their electronic/electrical assembly skills to complete production assembly operations on electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including racks, modules, circuit boards, connector panels, and individual cables/harnesses
- Support production and prototype projects by performing assembly operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements
- Utilize electronic/electrical assembly skills to ensure high-quality products and meet production requirements
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production teams to identify and resolve assembly-related issues
- Develop and implement assembly processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly operations and test result
Working Conditions:- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to electronic/electrical equipment and materials
- May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in electronic/electrical assembly or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with manufacturing engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Certification in electronic/electrical assembly or a related field (e.g., IPC, J-STD)
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $38956 - $62330

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
