Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or notifying designated community representatives as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential amenities, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, identify maintenance concerns, and document observations.; Control access through vehicle and pedestrian entry points as assigned, verifying authorization, issuing visitor instructions, and maintaining visitor and incident logs per site-specific requirements.; Prepare clear, timely reports of patrols, incidents, and resident or visitor interactions, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site leadership.
