Westminster Retirement - 40 Windham Avenue Southeast - Responsibilities: Completion of housekeeping duties, repairs, and special work orders; Principally responsible for the redecoration of vacated apartments and restore them to a as much like-new appearance and condition as quickly as possible for re-rental; To be on the alert for hazards and potential maintenance problems and report them immediately to management if it is not immediately correctable; To assist Director with completion of work orders and with the maintenance of buildings and grounds in a very clean and neat appearance and top functioning condition; To assist the housekeeper/janitor whenever necessary to maintain the facility in the best appearance possible
