Provides superior customer service to each guest and ensures that their dining expectations are exceeded by delivering ordered food items proficiently. Coordinates and communicates with front and back-of-the-house personnel to ensure that all items are prepared and delivered properly and on a timely basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
· Deliver readied orders to guest tables
· Effectively communicate guest needs to servers and management.
· Memorizing the menu and able to identify each item
· Read kitchen tickets to find items, names and table numbers.
· Assisting with the clearing and cleansing of tables, while keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
· Memorize floor plan
· Other duties as assigned by management
· Seasonal positions are available for up to 25 weeks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma
· Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Highly developed interpersonal skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
· Must have the ability to lift trays frequently weighing up to 30 pounds and carry them up and down stairs.
