Location: Niceville, FL (Okaloosa County)
Pay: $22-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | Full-Time | Fridays Off

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with a background in carpentry or skilled construction to oversee a small crew in the Niceville, Florida area. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in the field, leading by example, and delivering quality craftsmanship.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior crew management experience who are comfortable working at heights and taking ownership of job-site performance and safety.
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew of employees on job sites
• Perform hands-on carpentry and/or fireplace installation work
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Communicate daily tasks and expectations to crew members
• Maintain job-site organization and professionalism
• Drive company vehicles to job locations as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a crew
• Background in carpentry or skilled construction
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and safety-focused
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Thursday
