Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include full painting, touch up paint, drywall, demo , minor maintenance, wood rot, floors, or stairs repair.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications: Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Must be qualified to perform with the use of a ladder, lift

Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
