We invite you to join our team as a Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations while ensuring adherence to food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards. In addition to management responsibilities, you will also engage in cashier or cook duties and lead your team in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards.
• Train new or less experienced crew members on their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain strict inventory control and ensure all store policies are followed.
• Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant while adhering to required work hours.
• Motivate and manage the crew for optimal performance.
• Coordinate breaks effectively to ensure smooth shifts.
• Assemble and package orders to meet Wingstop standards.
• Assist with kitchen and dining area cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Address customer issues with a positive and efficient approach.
• Ensure a clean store environment at closing, including proper equipment management and waste disposal.
• Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold operational requirements.
• Enforce uniform and jewelry policies among staff.
• Leave guests with a lasting, positive impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Maintain cash control, accounting for voids and refunds.
• Meet daily and weekly cleaning task requirements.
• Adjust order quote times to accommodate peak business hours.
• Prevent unnecessary overtime unless emergencies arise with general manager approval.
• Ensure kitchen organization during peak periods for efficiency.
• Actively represent the Wingstop brand.
