B2B Sales Leader - IT & Pro AV Solutions
Compensation: $140K base + commission (Year One OTE $200K+)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

Our client, a global provider of IT and Pro AV connectivity solutions, is hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Leader. With a product portfolio spanning KVM switches, power management, and AV collaboration systems, this is a hands-on sales role built for closers who love to win and mentor others along the way. Sales role first!

What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue growth through a portfolio of Value-Added Resellers (VARs)

  • Build and execute regional sales strategies that expand reach and market share

  • Educate and enable channel partners on product offerings, programs, and incentives

  • Act as lead producer while mentoring a small team (2-3 reps)

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and technical credibility

  • Travel as needed to build relationships and close deals
What You Bring:
  • 3-5+ years of channel sales experience in IT, computer hardware, or Pro AV industries

  • Proven track record of generating new revenue and growing partner accounts

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies

  • Polished communication and presentation skills

  • Resourceful, self-starting mindset suited for smaller, agile teams

  • Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or guiding team members

  • Comfortable managing a remote/home office and frequent travel

  • Organized, responsive, and driven to exceed targets
