Job Summary: Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events held in our expansive 85,000 sq ft catering and conference space. Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during events.
• Ensure timely and efficient service, anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly.
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events, ensuring the space is ready for the next function.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, and reach to perform cleaning and setup tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands associated with banquet service.

• Previous experience in banquet service or a similar role is preferred.
