The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Property Standards to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that our homes meet ELP's uncompromising standards of quality, presentation, and service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where going above and beyond is the expectation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property care operations, specifically housekeeping, linen programs, laundry services, and quality assurance, to maintain best-in-class standards.

• Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on organization, efficiency, and inventory control.

• Serve as the primary liaison between property care vendors (housekeeping, laundry, and quality assurance) to optimize service levels.

• Partner with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the success of our luxury property portfolio.

• Assist with onboarding new homes, coordinating logistics, and supporting additional operational projects as needed.

• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure ELP's standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.

• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering accountability, growth, and high performance.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to reinforce operational success.

• Provide the executive team with regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality operations, property management, or vacation rentals.

• Strong problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, guests, and internal teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant property management technology.
