This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, including site preparation, trenching, digging, and general labor duties. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe and underground utilities
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and job site rules
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Construction experience preferred, but not required
