Sales Business Development Director

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sales Business Development Director to drive growth. This remote role requires moderate travel (2030%) and focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that reflect Cartus's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging market insights and Cartus's global capabilities.
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, understand their mobility challenges, and present solutions that create measurable value.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the end-to-end processfrom prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboardingensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including legal, client services, and implementation, to deliver innovative, compliant, and client-focused solutions.
  • Market Representation: Represent Cartus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and foster partnerships.

    Experience You Need

    • Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling outsourced services to multinational organizations.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual.
    • Expertise in new business development, including crafting tailored value propositions.
    • Ability to manage a robust pipeline and make data-driven decisions.
    • Willingness to travel 2030% within the assigned territory.
    • Preferred: Knowledge of global mobility or relocation services, experience responding to RFPs, and proficiency with CRM tools.
