The Business Experience team's mission is to empower brands, organizations and professionals to create engaging content for our communities while growing their presence on Client's website. This is a high impact role where you will be involved in technical & product strategy on a brand new product. You'll have a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new product space with a 100M revenue opportunity.
We're seeking a QA Engineer to support our Business Experience Team with our Frontend, iOS & Android apps as we continuously ship new versions to our users every two weeks. If you're passionate about ensuring high-quality web and mobile experiences for millions of users, this role is for you.
Project Overview:
As a QA Engineer on the team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our Business Experience product surfaces (Client's Pro/Profiles) across frontend and mobile apps. You'll collaborate closely with the engineering team to conduct feature testing, full regression testing, and ad hoc testing against acceptance criteria and test plans. This role involves ensuring the functionality of our apps, reporting issues, and working alongside the development team to resolve them promptly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to perform exploratory testing to uncover unanticipated bugs and edge cases.
