Support Technician III
Location: Remote (Must reside in Austin, TX)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week (e.g., 8:00-12:00 or 9:00-1:00)
Pay Rate: $30/hour

Position Overview
GTS Technology is seeking a Support Technician III to provide part-time system administration and technical support for its enterprise cloud-based safety and compliance system. This role supports the Occupational Health and Safety department and focuses on administering the Cority GX2 platform, which is used for safety incident tracking, environmental compliance, quality management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, customer-focused, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. While prior Cority experience is preferred, it is not required. Initial training and ramp-up will be provided.
This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time during future solicitation periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal customer inquiries related to system functionality and data.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks within the Cority GX2 platform.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user-reported problems efficiently.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Support reporting needs by retrieving and analyzing data from enterprise databases.
  • Assist with safety, environmental, and quality-related modules including:
    • Safety incident tracking
    • Environmental waste management
    • ISO certification support
    • Document control
    • KPI reporting
    • Non-conformance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement.


Required Qualifications
  • Experience providing technical or system support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal users.
  • Comfort working with databases, data retrieval, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel required; Access a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain self-directed after training.
  • Must successfully pass a Level 2 background check due to handling PII.
  • Must reside in Austin, TX.


Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications
  • Experience administering or supporting Cority or similar EHS/enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working in safety, environmental health, compliance, or quality management systems.
