The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Program Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $78-99/hour
• 1 year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and budget.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• You will lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives supporting AI-driven drug discovery and development (AI4DD)
• You will develop and manage integrated product and feature roadmaps across multiple products
• You will define, track, and report on KPIs to ensure delivery, accountability, and transparency
• You will coordinate with stakeholders across scientific, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment
• You will balance speed and quality though dependency management, readiness gates, and operational rigor
• You will support both near-term portfolio objectives and long-term technology development across diverse modalities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (more education is welcome)
• Product management coursework or certifications required (CPM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS)
• Strong background in product development and program management
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives within pharma, particularly drug discovery or development, is a plus!
• Proven experience in strategic roadmap planning and execution
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Google Workspace and PM tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
