Our professional services client is searching for a Finance Lead to join their team full-time. Your primary responsibility is to provide valuable insights into the economic performance and financial health of clients, matters, and legal teams. This position may be eligible for a flexible working schedule, allowing for a hybrid and in-office presence. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Apply project management principles to oversee firmwide financial projects and handle other complex financial requests as needed by department management.
  
• Handle emails received through the team's shared inbox professionally and prioritize urgent requests. Ensure seamless handoffs with colleagues in different time zones.
  
• Create and maintain standard tools for reporting and data analysis.
  
• Maintain meticulous records documenting procedures, assumptions, methodologies, and information sources used during analytical tasks.
  

• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
  
• Work independently to research, analyze, and develop financial information.
  
• Possess strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years' analytical experience in finance or accounting.
