Through the agreement, we have the exclusive right to construct, operate, and maintain the critical infrastructure that supports the health, economy, and environment of the communities we serve.This is a position responsible for customer service, utility billing, and general clerical work while performing both complex and varied duties demonstrating good judgement with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make effective decisions.
