We have frequent opportunities for full stack, front-end and back-end engineers. In addition, we hire for a variety of specialized roles focused on data science, data engineering, networking, security, DevOps, etc. Several of our teams are also focused on building high-performance mobile applications with needs for strong iOS and Android engineers. Our high-level titles listed below align with our Engineering Track program which was designed to help our engineers clearly see a path for growth and advancement at College Board. As an engineer advances, their scope and impact will increase. We look at your background holistically to determine which role would be best for you and our team.

• Engineer I/II: a new engineer with potential and ~0-2 years of experience
• Engineer III/IV: a solid contributor with ~3-5 years of experience
• Senior Engineer: a strong independent contributor with ~5+ years of experience
• Lead Engineer: a very strong technical leader with ~7+ years of experience
• Senior Lead Engineer: an exceptional technical leader with unique talent and ~10+ years of experience
• Principal Engineer: a domain leader with ~12+ years of experience

• You will leverage the latest and greatest technologies that are competitive with those used by "Big Tech" organizations, including but not limited to: AWS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Objective C, Xcode), Android (Java, Kotline, React Native), and Microservices Architecture
