A cutting-edge AI startup is reimagining how teams communicate using real-time AI companions and we're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help scale our ML systems into production. This is a full-time, fully remote role focused on combining the performance of Go with the intelligence of modern ML, powering the next generation of workplace communication tools.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years using Go (Golang) in production
• Strong understanding of backend system design, distributed computing, and microservices
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments at scale
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience integrating ML models with backend APIs, real-time inference, or streaming systems

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model lifecycle management
• Experience building or scaling AI-powered products, especially in NLP or LLMs
• Knowledge of real-time messaging platforms or productivity tools
• Prior experience working with data pipelines, event-driven architecture, or WebSockets
• Exposure to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, or vector databases
