I will not only need a Cadence/Prelude analyst, I will also need someone who is certified and has 5+ years of experience in Referrals or RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) on top of their Cadence or Prelude certifications. They may have the certifications but not the hands-on experience which is really challenging for this search. I even went back and reviewed all the candidate resumes that you sent, but the majority of them are only focused on Cadence or Prelude. If you could help me with finding experienced Cadence/Prelude analysts with Referrals or RTE background, that would be great.
