Summary:

Goldbelt Nighthawk is seeking a highly skilled All Source Analyst to support our intelligence capabilities in delivering timely, relevant, and actionable insights to military decision-makers. This role supports the fusion of multiple intelligence sources to identify threats, assess adversary capabilities, and enhance situational awareness for mission success.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Employ all-source intelligence to identify, analyze, and report threats, including indications and warnings (I&W) to enable commander decision-making.
• Provide comprehensive analysis of all-source data to derive facts, inferences, and projections concerning adversary capabilities, intentions, attack approaches, and the likelihood of various threat activities.
• Provide recommendations on matters involving all-source intelligence analysis, production, and strategy within specific areas of responsibility.
• Function as a liaison between service, national, and coalition customers, delivering detailed intelligence and analysis to enhance friendly force effectiveness.
• Research and recommend new techniques and technologies related to intelligence processing and analysis.
• Provide customer outreach and ensure intelligence dissemination through all appropriate channels.
• Participate in national and international-level meetings, committees, and symposiums as a functional expert on all-source intelligence.
• Brief executive-level leadership on intelligence findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong written and oral communication skills; including public speaking.
• Excellent analytic and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in intelligence research, collection methods, and multi-source intelligence systems.
• Expertise in advanced analytical principles and database exploitation.
• Experience working with the national intelligence community and DoD joint structures.
• Skilled in conducting in-depth research and producing collection requirements assessments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
