Job Summary: The Facilities Technician I is responsible for ensuring that the property is in excellent condition for guest and associates by acting as the lead Facilities Technician and answering any questions or needs from the team. Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor and General Manager, you would be responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems and building components, including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile and other equipment.
