Retail Key Carrier

The Waterfront Rescue Mission ishiring positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented associatesto join our team at the Waterfront Thrift Store in Fort Walton Beach, FL! Under thedirection of the Thrift Store Manager, the Key Carrier supports store managementin achieving efficiency in store operations, merchandising, training, andvarious other assigned areas of responsibility within a Thrift Store. This is a part time position working 40 hours per week. Primaryduties include but, are not limited to, supervision and accountability ofemployees, volunteers and clients. Performs all reasonably related duties asassigned. Store hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial performance to goal
• Assist with studying KPI performance daily
• Assist in managing a high performance team that will complement the growth of the store
• Assist in managing controllable expenses
• Ensure customer service expectations are followed at all times
• Ensure a well recovered, clean, and organized store

• Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character.
• Education/Experience: High School degree/GED or 2 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the Waterfront Rescue Mission insurance carrier.
• Must have reliable transportation.
