Restaurant General Manager Requirements

1. 5+ years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a general manager role
2. Strong wine background, sommelier preferred
3. Dedication to quality steps of service and strong history of fine dining or luxury concept service
4. Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
5. Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
