The Housekeeping Associate performs a full range of cleaning and sanitation work throughout the company facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures
Clean, dust, and wipe furniture
Empty wastebaskets and trash containers
Clear cardboard waste from production and other areas
Refill restroom dispensers
Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
Wash walls and equipment
Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
Water company interior plants
Wash accessible interior windows and clean blinds
Assist with running daily business errands
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history
Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD
Other Job Functions
Escort vending representatives while on campus
Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
Other duties may be assigned

Strong attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of experience
WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Office and production environment
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motion using common tools of the trade
Must be able to climb a ladder, bend, squat, reach and perform tasks in small spaces
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Ability to work overtime or weekends as required
