Maintenance Technician Needed!

Responsible for completing assigned work orders for homeowners, performing general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and on-call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Performing work order maintenance repairs and other duties as necessary and keeping accurate records on daily work.

Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer's recommendations and operating manuals.

Responsible for knowing the property's A/C units, including being able to troubleshoot the system and make repairs to fan motors, thermostats, conductors, etc.

Responsible for performing light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.

Ability to perform light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, resetting toilets, replacing fittings, etc. The replacement or repair of broken glass, tile, screens, etc., is also required.

Assist the homeowner with remodeling projects, including pickup and delivery of owner purchases such as appliances and/or furniture.

Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License. This position requires night and weekend availability. Pay Starting between $22-$25/hr.
