About Us: WaterColor Grill offers an all-day menu of fresh seafood, salads, sandwiches and more. Happy Hour is a highlight daily, and the full-service bar serves poolside tropical favorites, alcoholic and non-alcoholic frozen drinks, and canned beer and wine throughout the day. A selection of quick-service menu items from the grill is also available from the pool deck. All this is of course enhanced by the beautiful views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the needed foods and materials for proper service are maintained at an above satisfactory level.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform the assigned opening duties.
* Perform the assigned closing duties.
* Ensure all foods are stocked throughout shift while operating a buffet style meal.
* Ensure all beverage options are stocked throughout shift while operating a buffet style meal.
* Assist food runners as needed.
* Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
* Maintains organized and clean work area.
* Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring
* Provides level of service consistent with established standards in every aspect
* Provides additional services / answers requested by the guest.
* Clear tables and eating areas of trash or food left behind by guests.
