What You'll Do

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing day-to-day HR support with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR Director on multiple tasks.
  • Support employee relations, documentation, performance review tracking, and HR investigations as needed.
  • Coaching and counseling employees.
  • Assist in investigations as needed.
  • Maintain workers' compensation reporting and follow-up.
Payroll & Systems
  • Assist with workflow approvals, data integrity, and ongoing system maintenance in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on timekeeping, system navigation, and payroll needs.
  • Serve as backup payroll processor when needed.
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Be a visible HR presence across the resort-checking in with teams, building trust, and strengthening cross-department relationships.
  • Support employee engagement programs, onboarding events, wellness initiatives, and special projects.
  • Help ensure a workplace culture rooted in fairness, respect, communication, and hospitality.
Seasonal & Workforce Programs (H-2B / J-1)

(This is part of the role-not the whole job)
  • Assist with seasonal workforce planning and arrival logistics.
  • Help ensure international team members have a warm, positive, and well-supported experience.
  • Coordinate documentation and compliance with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Employee Housing (Shared Responsibility)
  • Partner with Housing, Engineering, and Operations to support a smooth, safe housing program.
  • Assist with communication, assignments, occupancy tracking, inspections, and policy compliance.
  • Support housing-related questions and logistics throughout the year.
Training, Safety & Compliance
  • Help coordinate leadership training, compliance sessions, and continuing education.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, HR audits, and risk management programs.
  • Support the HR Director with special projects, reporting, and ongoing improvements.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent HR experience.
  • 3+ years of HR experience (solo HR experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
  • Experience with seasonal or international programs helpful, but not required.
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Approachable, calm, professional demeanor-even during peak season.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP Workforce Now preferred.

  • You have built strong relationships across both properties.
  • Employees and managers trust you as a responsive, reliable HR partner.
  • Onboarding, housing coordination, and seasonal workforce processes feel organized and smooth.
  • ADP data accuracy and HR documentation are in great shape.
  • You've supported a successful seasonal cycle and contributed to stronger communication and workflow efficiency.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Primarily office-based with regular movement across the resort.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend support during peak seasonal arrivals or audit needs.
  • Highly collaborative role with frequent interaction across departments.
