Essential Responsibilities:
Thoroughly inspect any reported maintenance issues to ensure maintenance standards are met. Update appropriate team members of the status of each maintenance call.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections.
Work orders are documented on a computer. Document the results of the inspections, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for larger maintenance issues. Inspect for any damages and immediately report to the manager.
Maintain key control policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
Effectively communicate to other team members.
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
1 year of maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be available to working some holidays, weekends, and work the emergency after hours schedule.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Experience within the field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time
Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
