Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor II to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of electronic circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic and mechanical integration and assembly, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality electronic assemblies, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Education

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Technical Skills:
  + Knowledge of electronic and mechanical integration and assembly processes
  + Familiarity with electronic assembly equipment, tools, and techniques
  + Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures
  + Experience with production planning, scheduling, and control systems

Soft Skills:
+ Strong leadership and team management skills
