We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor Ii to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of electronic circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic and mechanical integration and assembly, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality electronic assemblies, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical integration and assembly processes
Familiarity with electronic assembly equipment, tools, and techniques
Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures
Experience with production planning, scheduling, and control systems
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
