Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of vacation homes prior to guest arrivals and after departures.
- Check for cleanliness, maintenance issues, missing items, and property readiness.
- Ensure all property standards and guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Report and document any damages, maintenance needs, or irregularities.
- Communicate effectively with the operations, housekeeping, and guest/owner services teams.
- Follow checklists and protocols to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Perform light maintenance.
- Be organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be comfortable using mobile apps and checklists to log inspection results.
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Take pride in maintaining high-quality homes and ensuring guest satisfaction.
