Guest Services Manager – The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

Location: 3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, CA 33019

We're seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our front office and guest services teams at our 1,000‑room oceanfront resort in Hollywood, California.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Services operations, including luggage storage, porterage, amenity drops, and gratuity distribution.
• Oversee daily operations of 16 union bell and door team members and one concierge.
• Collaborate with parking vendor, in‑house sales, and events team for group arrivals.
• Lead administrative projects and maintain quality standards.
• Supervise, schedule, evaluate, and recognize team members.
• Monitor service and satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Recruit, interview, and train new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of front office or guest services management experience in a hotel.
• Experience in a luxury brand or large hotel is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑focus skills.
• Valid AM/PM shift availability, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $83,000 – $88,000, based on experience.
