PGS Worldwide is hiring a hands-on Electronics Assembler to join a fast-paced, high-impact team supporting complex circuit card and small-parts manufacturing. If you have a steady hand, experience in electronics assembly, and are comfortable with J-STD-001 soldering, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and modify electronic parts, subassemblies, and wiring from schematics, diagrams, and verbal instructions
• Solder components in compliance with J-STD-001 standards
• Build and wire harnesses, route connectors, and install hardware such as clamps, knobs, and caps
• Perform tasks such as epoxy bonding, potting, encapsulating, cleaning, and coating
• Conduct minor mechanical tasks like touch-up painting or mounting assemblies
• Install finished products into chassis, cabinets, vans, ships, or test beds
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly and fabrication work
• Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to prepare parts and components
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards, occasionally working with hazardous tools or chemicals

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
• Proficient in J-STD-001 soldering techniques
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Comfortable using crimping tools, hand tools, and small power tools
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift objects up to 30 lbs

• Experience assembling and wiring inside military or aerospace cabinets or racks
• Familiarity with encapsulation, epoxy bonding, or potting of electronic components
• Understanding of cable routing for complex electronic systems
