Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for one or many executives in Aerospace & Electronics
Essential Functions:
Proactively manage Outlook calendar and regularly perform schedule maintenance
Schedule internal and external meetings
Manage mail and package delivery
Coordinate appropriate materials for meetings, appointments and presentations
Coordinate complex global and domestic travel arrangements; may involve organizing multi-city travel schedules/itineraries, and travel documents (Visas, passports)
Compile, create and maintain various reports, databases and charts using software applications
Partner with management to build a collaborative working environment while promoting leadership, exercising good judgment and professionalism
Train and mentor other Administrative Assistant employees
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience supporting an executive level position(s)
Knowledge: High level MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Skills/Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills; Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; Demonstrated pro-active approach and flexibility with change; Ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals
Education/Certification: Two-year degree or equivalent
Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
