Job Details

We are looking for a skilled and dependable laborer with hands-on experience in in-ground pool construction and installation. This role involves physical labor, assisting with the excavation, framing, plumbing, and finishing of in-ground pools. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, excavation, and grading for in-ground pool installation.

Help with setting forms, steel reinforcement, and concrete work.

Support plumbing and equipment installation, including pumps, filters, and piping.

Aid in pool lining, tiling, coping, and backfilling processes.

Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety procedures.

Operate tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and jackhammers (training provided if needed).

Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries.

Work closely with the construction crew to complete jobs on time and to specifications.

Requirements:

Prior experience with in-ground pool installation or related construction work required.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of pool systems, plumbing, or concrete work is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating small machinery or hand tools.

Familiarity with fiberglass, vinyl, or gunite pool installations.

Valid Driver's License
